• Orders for stock items placed by 3pm on any working day will be despatched same day. Delivery for mainland GB customers will normally be next working day. Deliveries to Islands, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and International Customers may be longer.
• Orders for stock items placed after 3pm will be despatched on the next working day. Delivery dates depend on the destination.
• Working day refers to Mon-Fri and excludes the dates indicated below.
